Scoring / timekeeping
Teams will have to do the scoring themselves. Captains please agree which team does the scoring (preferably the larger team). Please start your game on time! Teams need to check Time cap themselves, there are clocks at the fields.
Use the score sheets on the clipboard at the field. Filling out and returning the Scoresheet is obligatory!
PLEASE return the Scoresheets to Tournament-Office or give them to the tournament directors which will be made known at the captains meeting (normally the loser returns the sheet).
Please refill your bottles in the bathrooms or outside at the faucets. You will also find water canisters (20l) on each field.
Showers / cloakroom / wardrobe
You will find enough showers and wardrobes at the basement of the LA Stadiums building, also check the Flatscreens inside LA Stadium indicating which ones belong to EUCR-SW. The toilets too can be found inside the stadium. Additionally, there are two chemical toilets (TOITOI) near the fields for emergencies.
The civil shelter is right below the LA Stadiums building, entrance on the back of it. There will be a surveillance. There are mattresses and pillows, everything else is up to you. Arrival on Friday is possible at any time after 6pm, be sure not to make too much noise if you come in late. We will try to indicate a room for late arrivals. If you have trouble finding the civil shelter or any other case of emergency you can contact Jàn Kovacovic (Phone number: +41 76 682 06 82).
Leave the civil shelter with all luggage on Sunday until 12am, you will be able to store everything in the tournament central, where it will be watched until the tournament is over. Make sure you don’t forget anything!
For the city of Bern we need all the names of the people who are sleeping in the civil shelter. As a captain, please check who of your team did actually sleep in the civil shelter and ask for the listpaper at the counter to fill in (sunday at the latest).
